The Assessment Dashboard provides shortcuts to test information and tools for teachers. From the dashboard, teachers can view a summary of test information and have one-click access to test details and frequently performed tasks. You can sort the list of tests by clicking on most column headers.

On the dashboard, teachers have access the following test information and can perform many test administrative tasks:

• Test name, ID, category, subject, grade, and start date.
• Online Passcode: Provides the passcode that students will use when taking a test online.
• Collection Status: Indicates the collection status of the test results (for example, 60% of results collected).
• Actions: The actions you can take, such as scoring a test or generating answer sheets (see the steps below for a list of actions).
• Student Performance: Benchmark Tests and Classroom Tests show a Student Performance column that displays a graph of the score groupsScore groups are measures that define levels of student achievement or competency on an assessment. A single set of score groups can be implemented for all assessments or score groups can be unique to a specific assessment. into which student performances fall.
• Gradebook Updated: Allows you to share or stop sharing scores with the Gradebook. This option is available for school districts that have integrated the administration of assessments with PowerTeacher.
  • Share: RequiredBenchmark Tests that are required by districts or schools are automatically assigned to the required courses for all sections. Teachers can share the test data with PowerTeacher Gradebook for their sections. and RecommendedFor Benchmark Tests that have been recommended to teachers or schools, section assignments must be made from the Benchmark Tests tab before data can be shared with PowerTeacher Gradebook. tests with the Gradebook. Upon test completion, scores are sent directly to the Gradebook for assigned sections. The date and time that test data was last sent to the Gradebook is displayed.
  • Stop Sharing: Once a test has been shared with the Gradebook, you must also choose a stop sharing option.
  • Not Ready to Share: A test has not been schedule and/or assigned to at least one section before it can be shared with the Gradebook. Click Edit Schedule and Settings and choose the section assignments.
  • Unable to Share Tests must be assigned to sections, not individual students, in order to share with the Gradebook. Tests that are linked to a LMS assignment cannot be shared with Gradebook through Schoolnet. In addition, a Leader or Teacher can only share tests to the section(s) that they teach.

To access the teacher Assessment Dashboard:

1. Go to Assessments > Assessment Dashboard.
2. Select a specific section from the menu or search all sections.
3. Click the appropriate tab for Active Tests, Benchmark Tests, Classroom Tests, or Recently viewed tests.
4. Use the filters to limit the results to specific criteria including Test Category, Subject, Grade Range, Test name or ID, and then click Filter. You can click Find a Test to go to the Test Central search page.
5. Optional: Click a test to view the Test Details.
6. Perform any of the following Actions:
• Score - The option to score a test may be not be available depending on your roles and operations or restrictions that have been applied to the test.
• Download (PDF) - Generates a hard copy of the test booklet in PDF (including tests with technology-enhanced items, such as drag and drop).
• Download Instructions
• Generate Answer Sheets - This action is not available for tests with technology-enhanced items.
• View User Names
• Track Student Accommodations
• Proctor Dashboard

From the dashboard, administrators can view a summary of test information and have one-click access to test details and frequently performed tasks. On the dashboard, administrators have access to the following test information and can perform many test administrative tasks:

• My Tests: A list of all tests you have created, with the most recently modified tests presented first. This includes tests scheduled in Test Windows. For school districts that have integrated the administration of assessments with PowerTeacher Gradebook, administrators who also teach section(s) can quickly share their published and scheduled section tests with their Gradebook. The test types that can be shared include My Classroom, Common Classroom, District Benchmark, Region Benchmark, School Benchmark tests. Upon test completion, student scores are sent to the Gradebook so that they may be included in students' final grades. Depending upon the test stage and details, there are several test actions available:
  • Share: RequiredBenchmark Tests that are required by districts or schools are automatically assigned to the required courses for all sections. Teachers can share the test data with PowerTeacher Gradebook for their sections. and RecommendedFor Benchmark Tests that have been recommended to teachers or schools, section assignments must be made from the Benchmark Tests tab before data can be shared with PowerTeacher Gradebook.. Allows teachers to share directly with PowerTeacher Gradebook. Upon test completion, scores are sent directly to the Gradebook for assigned sections. The date and time that test data was last sent to the Gradebook is displayed.
  • Stop Sharing: Allows teachers to stop sharing with PowerTeacher Gradebook with the option to Keep in Gradebook or Remove from Gradebook. See Edit Sharing with Gradebook for additional information.
  • Not Ready to Share: A test has not been scheduled and/or assigned to at least one section before it can be shared with the Gradebook. Click Edit Schedule and Settings and choose the section assignments.
  • Unable to Share: Tests must be assigned to sections, not individual students, in order to share with the Gradebook. In addition, a Leader or Teacher can only share tests to the section(s) that they teach.

• Recommended Tests: Appears for school-level administrators only. A list of tests that the district has recommended to schools. School administrators may assign these tests directly to teachers by clicking the Assignment Status and accepting or editing the course-based Quick Assignment.
• In Progress Tests: Tests that have been created and scheduled, and for which the start date is today or earlier. For systems using PowerTeacher, Upon test completion, student scores are sent to the Gradebook so that they may be included in students' final grades.
• Scheduled Tests: Tests that are ready for administration and that have a start date after today’s date.

State-level administrators do not have the ability to manage Test Windows or track test completion. As a result, Upcoming Test Window, In Progress Tests, and Scheduled Tests are not shown on their Dashboard page.

To access the administrator Assessment Dashboard:

1. Go to Assessments > Assessment Dashboard.
2. In the Find a Test area, enter criteria to locate a test.
3. Expand the sections you want to view (see descriptions above).
4. Click View All to view more tests for each section up to 50 tests per page.
5. Optional: Click a test to view the Test Details.
