Track Accommodations

1. Go To Assessments > Find for Tests.
2. Click a test name to view the test details.
3. Click Track Accommodations in the left navigation pane.
4. Use the filter options to find the appropriate section or sections.
• Teachers: A list of students in all your sections will appear showing the accommodations available to them when they took the test. Use the Filter by option to select a specific section. Only the sections you have access to will appear.
• Other users: Use the Section Search filter options to search for students in a section. A list of student and their and their available accommodations will appear.

The following operations are used with Track Accommodations:

• The View Track Accommodations operation allows users to view the accommodations available to a student when they took the assessment. Note that active teachers and will always be able to be able to access Track Accommodations for their sections regardless of whether they have this operation. Any user can access Track Accommodations for tests they create. Non-active teachers will need the operation to view Track Accommodations.
• The Update TestNav PNP operation allows users to modify student accommodations in Student Profile > TestNav PNP.
