View User Names

Users with the Manage Student Usernames operationOperations are used to assign special site capabilities, such as editing page content or moderating forums. They are assigned to Roles. can view and print student user names and passwords that are associated with an online test.

To view user names and passwords, pop-ups must be enabled on the browser.

To view user names from the Print page

1. Go to Assessments > Print.
2. Click the View Usernames con to the left of the appropriate test.

To view user names from Test Detail

1. Go to Assessments > Find for Tests.
2. Click the test name to go to the Test Details page.
3. Under Test Actions , click View Usernames.
4. Click Print User Names button to export the list to a standard spreadsheet format. Pop-ups must be enabled in order to view the list.
