1. Go to Assessments > Dashboard.
2. Click the Actions button for a test, and then click Proctor Dashboard. You can also go to Test Detail > Proctor Dashboard under Test Actions.
3. Select a Section to change sections.

A countdown timer will appear showing when the next data refresh will occur. Click Refresh Now to refresh the page information now.

The proctor dashboard shows the following:

• The Actions drop-down provides options to view Username/Passwords, Track Accommodations (displays for tests that are In Progress or Completed), Answer Sheets, Test Booklet (including test booklets with technology-enhanced items, such as drag and drop), and Item Analysis.
• The Device ID column shows a computer icon while a student is taking the test. It provides a link () to individual student score pages after a student submits their test. The option to score a test may be not be available depending on your roles and operations or restrictions that have been applied to the test.
• The Test Progress column shows real-time, color-coded data on student responses as the test is in progress. A system setting determines which data you see, including whether a student has answered correctly, has answered incorrectly, has answered an open response question, and has unanswered questions remaining; or you may only see whether or not a student has answered a question.

  If the test is configured to hide whether a student response is correct, then Proctor Dashboard will display this information only for users with the View content and manage restricted tests operation. For users without this operation, the Proctor Dashboard will hide whether a response is correct.

  

  This image is an example. The information will vary based on the types of questions used in the test. For example, for checklist items using the default scoring model, the score indicator would show these options: Unanswered, Correct, Partially Correct, or Incorrect. If the all-or-none scoring model is used, the Partially Correct option would not display.

• The Results column shows final student scores and a color score group indicator after a test has been submitted.
• The Status column shows whether a student's test session is Not Started, In Progress, or Completed. For completed tests, the timestamp indicates when the student submitted their online test (or when a teacher submitted a test started by the student; the timestamp will not appear if a teacher both starts and submits the test).
• Allowing students to resume a test:
  • For tests that do not allow students to resume a test, the Allow Resume column will appear if the student has started their online test but not yet submitted it. If their session was interrupted for a valid reason, click the Yesbutton permit them to resume their started test for one time only.
  • For Completed tests, click the Resume link to allow a student to resume their test session. This option is available regardless of whether students are allowed to resume the test.
  • These actions are only available for users with permission to score the test or, for restricted tests, users with the Resume a restricted online test from the Proctor Dashboard operation.
