Track Test Completion Rates (Data Collection Report)

The Track page shows the test collection status of In Progress and Completed tests administered during the current test window. It also provides the subject, grade level, test stage, start and end dates, and collection status.

When the Prevent viewing item content or Prevent tests from appearing in item analysis test restrictions are enabled for a test, the Test Responses column at the section level will not be populated unless you has permission to view restricted test content. In addition, when the Prevent tests from appearing in item analysis restriction is enabled, you will not be able to export test results unless you have permission to view restricted test content.

To view the data collection report:

  1. Go to Assessments > Track Completion Rates. You can also go to Test Detail > Data Collection Report.
  2. Click the View Data Collection Report icon for the appropriate test. If the test is assigned to multiple sections, schools, and districts, you can view collection data at the highest assigned level, or drill down to view the desired data. Tests without this icon have not been started and do not have any collection data.
  3. Select Exclude uncollected locations/teachers/sections/students to limit the results to collected data. At the school and section level, additional filters will appear as tabs at the top of the report.
  4. Click an institution/teacher/section to drill down to the data you want to see.
  5. At the section level, click View in the Test Responses column to view student answers. A bracket to the right of the student responses for a question indicates that all-or-none scoring is used. You can view student responses only if you have the appropriate permissions (seen the note above).
  6. To export the report, click the CSV Export dropdown and select one of the following options:
