Generate a Preslug File

Test creators and administrators can download preslug tests from the Assessment Admin > Print page.

To create a preslug file

1. Go to Assessments > Print.
2. Click the Generate Pre-slug File icon ().
3. Choose criteria and click Search to refine your preslug file. You may filter the information contained on the file by selecting specific Region, School Type, School, Grade Level, Department, Course, and Teacher. You may also include sections that are not assigned to the test.
4. Click the word "here" in Click here to download export file to generate a CSV file for downloading and printing. The preslug file contains the following information:
• Test Master ID
• Student ID
• Student First and Last Name
• Student Grade (current enrollmentThe set of students who are reported as being enrolled as of the last data upload.)
• School Name
• Section Name
• Section ID
