The Test Windows page lists current-year test windows, their start and end dates, and the number of tests linked to each window. Click the column headers to sort the list.

1. Go to Assessments Admin > Test Windows.
2. Use the search filters to search by window name and start and end dates. The list of windows will be filtered automatically as you type a window name. The list is sorted in descending order based on the end date. Up to 50 windows will be listed per page.
3. Click the dropdown menu for the appropriate test window, and then click View Details, Edit, or Delete.
4. Clicking View Details (or anywhere in the window row) opens the Window Details page. From here, you can:
   • View the default options selected for the test window. To do so, expand Scheduling options saved with this test window.
   • Click the Edit Test Window button to edit the window scheduling options and dates.

     Important: If you edit a test window, the scheduling settings for all linked tests will be updated in a background task, and the tests may need to be republished (the TestNav Status column in the test list indicates whether a test needs to be republished). You will receive a notification when the task is completed.

   • View a list of all tests linked to the window. The list is sorted by test name in alphabetical order. From the dropdown menu for a test you can Unlink the test from the window or click View Details (or anywhere in the test row) to open the Test Details page if a test needs to be republished.

1. Go to Assessments Admin > Test Windows.
2. Click Create New Window.
3. Enter the window name, start and end dates, score due date, and (optionally) select the scheduling options. See Schedule a Test for information on the scheduling options.
4. Click Create Window.

The Create and manage test windows operation is required to create test windows and link tests to them. Users with this operation can manage windows only in their own tenant (state or district). This means that:

• District test managers can view and edit only district test windows.
• State test managers can view edit only state test windows.
• School users with the Create and manage test windows operation can view and manage district test windows.
