Edit Sharing with Gradebook

For tests that have been shared with PowerTeacher Gradebook, you can choose from these options.

• Change the sharing category: Select the option best suited to your test.
• Stop Sharing and Keep in Gradebook: Do not send updates to this test, including scores, to the Gradebook. Using this option, a test remains in both the Gradebook and Assessments but updates from Assessments are not sent to the Gradebook. Once sharing is enabled, test data that is in the Gradebook will be overwritten by Assessments.
• Stop Sharing and Delete from Gradebook: Remove this test and all associated scores from the Gradebook.

Sharing options are available for previously scheduled tests that have been shared with PowerTeacher Gradebook. When you update the share option from the Dashboard, your selection is effective immediately. However, sharing changes that are made from Test Settings must be saved before the selection is effective in the Gradebook.
