Use co-authoring folders to share tests with groups of co-authors who collaborate on tests. For more information on co-authored folders, see Co-Authored Folder Detail.
Teachers who do not have permission to use Assess can still create co-authored tests. The Share with Others option will be hidden if the teacher does not have permission to create and edit tests at the institution, but the co-authoring sharing options will be available.
Note: If co-authors from multiple schools work on a test, they should copy the test before it is shared to test Test Central to ensure that their school has the test. When a test is copied, it will be shared to Test Central for the user's institution and be available for editing or scheduling. The co-authored version of the test will be immediately unlocked for other co-authors. If a co-authored test being edited is left inactive for 10 minutes, the test will also be unlocked.
