Print Scheduled Material

Teachers and administrators can print materialsMaterials is the generic term that encompasses curricular units, instructional units, lesson plans, resources and assessments. Public, shared materials are searchable in the Materials Bank. that appear on their calendars. Calendars can also be customized before saving or printing.

A PDF may contain the calendar for one and only one sectionAn instance of a course. For example, Ms. DeYoung’s 3rd period Algebra II class is a Section..

  1. Go to Classroom > Lesson Planner.
  2. Click the PDF Materials dropdown.
  3. Choose a Material Type from the first dropdown. If “All Material Types” is selected, the PDF will contain details on any curricular unitThe largest "building blocks" of a curriculum., instructional unitThe generic name for educational material type that can be a “building block” of a curricular unit or stand alone as a thematic unit. Instructional units can cover a specific unit of time or content., lesson planA designed teaching approach to a specific portion (e.g., Understanding Quadratic Equations, Causes of WWII, etc.) of a complete curriculum., assessment, and resource that have been scheduled on the calendar.
  4. Use the Days drop-down to select which days you would like to print materials from. If “All” is selected materials will be printed for the entire week. To print materials from a different week, first change the week you are viewing using the blue arrows on the top of the calendar.
  5. Select the section you would like to print materials for using the radio buttons.
  6. Click Create PDF.
